Grasshopper Parfaitsalcohol, chocolate, american 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 pkg cream cheese -- softened 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk -- 14 oz can 3 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon green creme de menthe 1 liqueur 2 tablespoon white creme de cacao 1 liqueur 12 each cream filled chocolate 1 sandwich cookies -- coarsely 1 chopped In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until stiff. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. STIR in lemon juice, and liqueurs. Fold in whipped cream; chill 20 minutes. Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon cookies and 1/4 cup filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours. Variations: Coffee: substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de menthe. Brandy Alexander: substitute 1/3 brandy for creme de menthe.
