Beer Broiled Beefbeef 4 lb beef, cubed 1 pint beer 4 tablespoon butter 3 each onions, sliced 1/2 cup flour 4 tablespoon salad oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper, ground 2 each garlic cloves, chopped Melt butter in large skillet and saute' onions until tender. Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter. Add browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onions. Add enough beer to cover. Cover tightly and simmer till meat is tender.
