Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.


Corned Beef Noodle Bake


8 oz noodles
8 oz peas -- cooked and drained
3 cup chopped onion
1 can corned beef brisket --
1 diced
4 tablespoon margarine
4 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cup milk
1/4 lb grated cheddar cheese --
1 mild, or american
3/4 cup each crushed potato chips
1 and corn flakes

Cook and drain noodles. Place alternate layers of noodles, peas, onions and corned beef in greased 9x13" pan. Melt margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add 4 cups of milk. Cook until thick. Add grated cheese. Stir to melt. Pour over casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Recipe By : R. Banghart From: Date:
