Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

 

Sassy Sirloin

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon groun whole thyme

COMBINE SPICES IN A SMALL BOWL; STIR WELL. TRIM FAT OFF THE STEAK, PRESS SPICE MIXTURE INTO MEAT ON BOTH SIDES. PLACE STEAK ON RACK, COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY. PLACE RACK IN A SHALLOW BAKING PAN. BROIL 5 INCHES FROM HEAT FOR 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, OR TILL DESIRED DONENESS IS REACHED. CUT STEAK DIAGONALLY ACROSS THE GRAIN, INTO 1/2 INCH THICK SLICES.
