Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

3/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoon amaretto
1 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
1 dessert topping -- * see

* Dessert topping should be in a pressurized can. In a nonmetal mug stir together water and instant coffee crystals. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power about 1 1/2 minutes or just till mixture is steaming hot. Stir in Amaretto. Top with pressurized dessert topping. Recipe By :
