Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

3 1/2 cup bread flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dried dill
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon paprika
1 pkg dry yeast

Follow manufacturer's instructions for placing ingredients into bread pan; select bake cycle, and start machine. Yield: 1 (1 3/4-pound) loaf, 14 servings.
