Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

1/2 tablespoon yeast
1 1/2 cup oats
3 cup flour, bread
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dough enhancer; optional
3 tablespoon oil
1 eggs
1/2 cup syrup, maple flavored
1 5/8 cup water; warm

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start. In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c. Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: a heavy, dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!
