Bircher Mueslibreakfast 2 cup uncooked quick oats 2 cup milk 4 oranges, sections and juice 6 medium size apples, peeled & grated 3 bananas, diced 1 cup chopped pecans 4 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup honey 1 wheat or corn flake cereal 1 for garnish - optional 1 raisins for garnish optional Soak oats in milk 1/2 to 1 hour. Mix orange sections and juice with apples, bananas, pecans, yogurt and honey. Stir into oat mixture. Sprinkle with cereal and raisins, if desired. Formatted on July 18, 1996 by Jamie Calton
