Quicker Baked Potato
Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture
than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in
boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time
in half.

Bentons's Sauce - A Variation On The Traditio
relishes, british
2 tablespoon fresh grated horseradish
2 teaspoon mustard english
2 teaspoon caster sugar
4 fl oz malt vinegar
Place everything except vinegar into a bowl, stir well and gradually add the malt vinegar. From Ron's Plaice in Blackpool:)
