Southern Pound Cakecakes, desserts, bundt 2 sticks margarine or butter 3 cup sugar 3 cup flour 6 eggs; separated 1 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon soda 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoon almond extract Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time. Combine soda and sour cream; add alternately with flour to the mixtre. Add extracts. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cake batter.Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or angel food cake pan at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
