Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

 

Wine Cake


cakes, desserts, alcohol, bundt

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg sm vanilla inst. pudding
4 eggs
3 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup wine, your choice*
1/4 cup hot water
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and beat well on med speed about 2 minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. *Apple juice can be substituted for the wine. TSPN00B
