Chocolate Coated Hazelnutscandy 2 cup roasted oregon hazelnuts 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 salt Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and a few grains of salt. Cool mixture until easy to shape. Mold around the nuts.
