Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

Chocolate Coated Hazelnuts

2 cup roasted oregon hazelnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 salt

Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and a few grains of salt. Cool mixture until easy to shape. Mold around the nuts.
