Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

Fried Chicken Worcestershire

main dish, chicken

2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon salt; divided
2 1/2 lb chicken; cut into 8 pieces
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Combine Worcestershire with 1 teaspoon of the salt. Brush over chicken; let stand 1 hour. Mix flour, bread crumbs and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil, 1/4 inch deep, until chicken is brown and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
