Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.


Gourmet Goulash


8 oz no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic -- minced
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 lb ground chicken breast,
1 skinless -- cooked
1 cup onions -- chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers -- chopped
3 cup no yolks. egg noodle
1 substitute -- cooked

In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce mixture. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions.
