Black Bean Stroganoffmain dish, beef, china 12 oz egg noodles, medium 2 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 lb beef, boneless cut in thin strips 1 small onions chopped 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup black bean sauce 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup parsley minced Cook noodles as package directs; drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat. Add beef; saute 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet. Melt remaining 1 tablesppon butter in same skillet. Add onion; suate 2 minutes, or until tender. Mix in beef, sour cream, black bean suace, pepper and salt. Heat through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over noodles.
