Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

60 Second Chocolate Mousse

1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1 egg
1 whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place chocolate; egg, and flavoring in blender and chop. Heat cream until small bubbles appear at edge. Do not boil. With machine running, pour in hot cream. Blend until chocolateis melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into dessert dishes and cover with plastic and chill. Serve with whipped cream dollops. Recipe By :
