Benihana Salad Dressingethnic, dressings ----KAREN THACKERAY NSTM54B---- 1/4 cup onion; chopped 1/4 cup peanut oil 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root; chopped 1 tablespoon celery; chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce; * 1 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 dash salt 1 dash pepper * May substitute low sodium/light soy sauce. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings; about 2 tbs + 2 tsp each. Unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
