Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

 

Baked Flounder With Sauce


fish, wildgame

3 lb flounder
6 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoon onions, browned, chopped
1 each garlic clove, mince/browned
2 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup wine, dry white
1 each lemon, juice of
1 single salt & pepper to taste
1 single flour

Place fish in baking dish or pan. Prepare a sauce by browning garlic, onion in melted butter. When brown, add parsley, wine and lemon juice. Blend sauce. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour. Bake covered 10 min. at 375 Degrees. Uncover, basting with melted butter and dry white wine. Bake (ten minutes more or until done to taste.
