Cheese & Rice Casserole Adamain dish, cheese, grains, diabetic 2 1/2 cup brown rice; cooked 3 green onions; chopped 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese 1 teaspoon dried dill 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; grated 1/2 cup lowfat milk Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
