Fresh Sorrel Mayonnaisefish, sauces, condiments, herb/spice 1/2 cup very fresh plain yogurt 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise 1/2 lb fresh sorrel; stems removed 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 garlic clove; finely chopped 1 dash cayenne In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together well.
