Laskateszta Levesbesoups/stews, hungarian 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose 1 each eggs 1 pinch salt 3 quart water 2 tablespoon salt Knead a hard dough from flour, egg and salt. Roll it out very thin and cut thin vermicelli noodles. Bring 3 qt water and 2 tablespoons salt to a boil. Cook noodles in rapidly boiling water for 3 minutes, or until done. Drain and rinse with cold water.
