Frozen Strawberry Sour Creamdesserts, ice cream 1 pint strawberries 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Wash strawberries; remove and discard caps. Puree berries in blender or food processor; set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in pureed berries, sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Makes about 2 quarts.
