Bacon & Pepper Saucepasta, sauces, italian 1/3 lb bacon 1 green pepper diced 1 red pepper diced 1 onion chopped 2 cloves garlic chopped 1/3 stick butter 4 tablespoon olive oil 10 plum tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup white wine 1 hot pepper halved and seeded 1 salt and pepper to taste Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta.
