Mock Kishkeside dishes, jewish 3 cup matzoh meal 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 large carrots 3 each celery stalks 1 each spanish onion 1/3 cup to 1/2 c margarine; melted MOCK KISHKE Makes 3 Rolls INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Combine matzoh meal, salt and pepper. 3. In a food processor, grate carrots, celery, and onion and add to matzoh meal mixture. Add melted fat and mix thoroughly. 4. Divide mixture into thirds. Place each on a strip of foil, shiny side up. Shape into a roll and wrap with foil. Secures edges of foil. 5. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour.
