Savory Oven Brisketmain dish, beef, jewish 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 cup coffee; black 3 lb brisket 1/2 cup catsup 1/2 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup honey 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce 1 cup garlic; minced Sear meat on all sides and place in a dutch oven with the above combined ingredients. Simmer on stove top until done- 2 1/2 - 3 hours or in a 325 degree oven for the same time. To serve, slice on the diagonal. Recipe from PURITY SUPERMARKET FLYER.
