Bak-o-bayou Saladsalads, kosher 1 head iceberg lettuce 1 bunch watercress 2 creole tomatoes, cut into>> 1 wedges. 1 med. onion, sliced 1/2 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 tablespoon anchovy paste 1 1/2 tablespoon tarragon vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 pareve imitation bacon bits Tear lettuce into lge. pcs. and cut watercress into sm. pcs. Place lettuce, watercress, and tomatoes in a bowl. Separate onion slices into rings and add to lettuce mixture. Chill. Blend garlic with mayo. and anchovy paste in a bowl, then stir in vinegar and lemon juice slowly. Add parsley and chill. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and garnish with imitation bacon bits.
