Anne's Pico De Gallomexican, vegetables, sauces 12 each green onions, chopped coarse 2 each med. whole tomatoes, chopped medium 1 each cilantro leaf, chopped fine 2 tablespoon lemon juice from concentrate Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least an hour. Best if served over fajitas with sour cream and freshly grated cheddar. Use the cilantro judiciously! It is easy to overpower the remaining ingredients.
