Summer Dessertdesserts, norwegian 2/3 cup cream, whipped 4 cup kefir milk, yogurt or butter 1 milk 1 juice of half a small lemon 3 tablespoon honey, mild 1 teaspoon pure vanill extract 1 almonds 1 blueberries 1 lemon slices 1 crisp cookies Whipe cream. Whisk kefir into whipped cream a little at a time. Add lemon juice, honey and flavoring. Pour into colorful bowl. Keep in freezer about one halfhour before serving time, serve ice cold. Decorate with a few thin lemon slices, and sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
