Fried Rice 3rice, oriental 8 bacon slices, cut into piece 1 cup carrot, shredded or finely c 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup peas, cooked 3 cup rice, cold, cooked 3 teaspoon soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup green onion, chopped Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time. Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Saute until heated through. Check for salt. If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
