Eggless Corn Muffinsmuffins, penndutch 1 cup cornmeal 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup milk 2 tablespoon shortening, melted Sift and mix together the dry ingredients.
