Banana Cream Cheese Piedesserts, pies 1 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 6 tablespoon butter, melted 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/2 cup bananas, mashed 1 banana, sliced Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in the mashed bananas. Pour filling into a cooled pie shell and place sliced banana on top. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
