Bar-b-barn Ribsmain dish, pork 2 lb pork ribs 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup apple sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 3 tablespoon lemon juice Place ribs in a pan (not stacked). Pour the sauce (very thick) over the ribs. Put tin foil over the pan. Marinate ribs for 24 hours flipping once in a while to make sure all the ribs are marinated. Then take right from the fridge and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300F leaving the foil on.
