Cajun Back Ribspork 4 lb pork ribs 3 tablespoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon oregano 2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Combine all seasonings and dust all surfaces of ribs with mixture.
