Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

Mr. Food's Pork Skillet- 11/13/95

pork

1 **heart4hom@aol com**
2 tablespoon butter
4 pork chops -- 3/4-inch
1 thick
1 medium-sized onion --
1 chopped
1 garlic clove -- minced
1 can italian tomatoes -- (14 1/2
1 ounces)
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the chops from the skillet and cover to keep warm. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and saute for 3-5 minutes, until tender and lightly browned. Stir in the tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Return the pork chops to the skillet; reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the chops are cooked through. Recipe By : Source: WKBWTV
