Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.


Stir-fry Springdish

2/3 lb lean pork meat
1 oil
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 clove of garlic
7 oz pods
1 tablespoon sesame seed
2 tablespoon catsup
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
12 cherry tomatoes
1 salt

Cut the meat in very small strips, fry the meat in the hot oil in a wok, constantly stirring, add after 1 minute the gingerpowder en pressed garlic and stir-fry another 2 minutes, add the pods, sesamseed, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and tiny tomatoes, stir-fry another 2 minutes, add salt to taste.
