Blue Cheese Potatoes Au Gratinpotatoes 4 large potatoes (2 1/2 lbs) peeled 1 and 1 sliced 1/4 thick 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup milk 2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 6 oz blue cheese 2 slice white bread, coarsely 1 crumbled Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and 1/2 cheese. Simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F 35-40 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and top is browned. Serves 6
