Quicker Baked Potato
Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture
than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in
boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time
in half.

poland, ham/pork, potatoes
5 lb potatoes; grated
1/2 lb bacon; 1 pieces
4 egg
2 large onion; grated
2 tablespoon salt
4 oz milk, whole
Saute bacon with grated onions lightly. Combine potatoes with bacon,onions,milk eggs, and salt.. Place in oiled glass pan (13 x 9 x 2) Baked at 400 degree for 1/2 hour then lower it to 350 degree until done, till knife inseted in center comes out clean.
