Rice Pudding Clintondesserts, rice, puddings 2 cup rice -- cooked 5 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter; or oleo -- melted 2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup raisins -- optional Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
