Better-than-potato Saladsalads, rice 3 1/2 cup uncle ben's converted brand rice 2 quart water 1 1/2 tablespoon salt 1 3/4 quart mayonnaise 3 cup onions, finely chopped 1/4 cup prepared mustard 2 teaspoon salt 1 quart cucumber, pared and diced 2 cup radishes, sliced 1. Cook rice in water with salt according to package directions. 2. Cool. 3. Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and salt. Stir into rice. 4. Cover and throughly chill. 5. Stir in cucumber and radishes just before serving.
