Chili Chicken Successchicken, rice, casseroles ----BILLS20086---- 1 lb chicken; skinless, boneless cut i 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 medium onion; chopped 1 small green pepper; chopped 1 garlic clove; minced 15 oz hormel chili, no beans 14 oz chrushed tomatoes 1 pkg success rice; cooked 1 dash hot pepper sauce 3/4 cup pepper flavored jack cheese; shredded In large skillet, saute chicken until no longer pink; set adise. In same skillet, cook onion, peppers and garlic until tender; drain. Stir in chili and crushed tomatoes. Add rice and hot pepper sauce; add reserved chicken. Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes in skillet. Top with shredded cheese.
