Buffet Taco Saladmain dish, tex-mex 1 debbie holland hxrh11b 1 large corn chips, large bag 2 lb ground beef 2 pkg taco seasoning mix 1 can kidney beans 12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded 1 onion, chopped 1 large lettuce, 1 head 2 tomatoes, diced 1 can enchilada sauce 1 can black olives, sliced 12 oz sour cream 8 oz guacamole Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Place items listed in a vugget fashion in the above order. Each person layers his own salad, starting with corn chips, ground beef and going down the list.
