Quicker Baked Potato

Try this method for speeding up the potato baking process (for a better texture than those that you microwave). Pre-heat the oven to 400. Place the potato in boiling water for 10 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes. This will cut the cooking time in half.

 

Perfect Jasmine Rice

2 cup jasmine rice
2 1/2 cup ; water
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro; chopped optional

Rinse rice in cool water and drain. In a deep saucepan, bring rice and water to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
